I love my Starbucks, the customer service isn’t what it used to be so training should be more consistent for the staff and they drinks are even more over priced, so I don’t visit as much.

My first time going to a Starbucks didn’t know what i wanted but this employee named Candace, she was so patient with me and she gave me a couple of suggestions. Omg she made me a strawberry cheese cake Frappuccino It really tasted like one. I wish I could give less than one star. One employee I interacted with – Melissa I think or something? – was just awful and rude. Not to mention there were fruit flies EVERYWHERE. Your shop is full of sugar! Learn to clean it for crying out loud! I’ll be hitting my local gas station for coffee from now on. I miss the service I used to get on Ogden on the East Side.
