This is the Starbucks inside of the Hy-Vee grocery store. Service is always on spot, everything else is typical Starbucks. Consistently great coffee!

Really unprofessional, older lady took my order and seemed annoyed because I ordered in their words “the tiktok drink” another customer behind me went on to order his and the workers were complaining about having to make mine because it wasn’t a regular drink from their menu. They were speaking loud enough for us to hear them complain about having a long busy day, but they shouldn’t have to take it out on their customers. The younger girl threw the straw at the counter without saying anything. I’d just think that after a long day that shouldn’t change the way you treat your customers. Also they shouldn’t make their customers feel bad for ordering a drink they are paying for.

This it’s our family’s go to spot for a cheap, inexpensive, pizza. While we don’t care for their five dollar hour and ready pizzas, every couple weeks or so, we will get a deep dish pizza with light sauce. Sometimes we will just stop in and they start it right then, or sometimes we will call ahead and it is always made just right! The extra three dollars is well worth the deliciousness of that caramelized crust.
