I have never written a review, but I have never experienced this before at a Starbucks! Normally I wouldn’t bother and would just take it anyway when my drink wasn’t right, but I have not met someone so annoyed and rude when I asked politely if I could get my drink iced because we did not clarify. I would’ve gladly taken it if I was not able to get it correct, but this woman’s attitude was genuinely so nasty. My friend did specifically ask for an iced drink, and confirmed it with her app that she scanned. She asked politely if the lady could remake it for her, and the lady was extremely annoyed, took the hot drink and just poured it over ice and dumped a good amount of the rest out since it would not fit, instead of actually remaking it. The coffee was completely watered up and the lady said to her “you should’ve asked in the first place”. The lady overheard the order, and started making her drink before she even looked at the order as it had specifically said iced. Not sure who it was but I believe she had orange hair. Her name may have been Carol but we did not clarify exactly what it was. Very disappointing. $7 for each of us, wasted!

I am the last person on earth to leave a bad review. I’ve never done this before, and I feel kinda bad. But I couldn’t not share my experience with receiving watered- coffee and being told off by the barista at the same time. Then she PURPOSEFULLY dumped part of my coffee out of spite!! I’m still a teenager too, and a very shy one) I ordered an ICED macchiato, I had the recipe written in my phone and read it directly off to the barista taking the orders. I even specified ICED to her. I waited for my beverage with my friends and when theirs came out they were Messed up too! But not wanting to be Karen’s they took the wrong drink they paid !7! dollars for. This was after the barista told them off (not quietly) that it was all their fault. So rude. Mine came and it wasn’t iced. Normally I’d think that I said it wrong, then that IS my fault and the barista is right. Except my order said ICED, on the tag, (that the barista had just REMOVED from the drink) nervously I asked her if she could make it iced cause that’s what it said on my order. (I have the app and can tell) She then began to tell me off with me standing there silently, that she started making the drink BEFORE I even paid!!!!!! So my order wasn’t even done being taken!!!! Then during her rant she took back my hot coffee, said she’d make it iced, the POURED!! out a good bit, then dumped ice over the HOT coffee making it super watery (she was ranting the whole time and I didn’t say a word) then gave me my water.

getting sick of this location and other drive thru not having coconut or oat milk. why have certain menu options if you can’t carry coconut milk or oat milk? what triggers me most is this is in a store THAT SELLS COCONUT AND OATMILK

It’s really unfortunate to give a 1 star review, because the lady that waited on me today was amazing, however, CAROL is an absolute monster. She’s so rude, I swear she’s never shown compassion her whole life! I ordered something that is on the Starbucks menu, and she said aren’t allowed to make it. (Strawberry cold foam btw) she mad everything super awkward between herself, me, and the other worker. When the other worker tried to make the situation lighter carol straight up disrespected my looks! Why hasn’t she been fired, it’s been like this for years!

I just have to say the lady that took my order today I believe her name is Lynette (she always wears her hair in pig tails) was absolutely amazing! The world needs more kind people like her!
