Rude employee this morning at the coffee counter. She couldn’t be bothered to answer a simple question and snapped at us…that’s not my department when I asked a question about food. Absolutely ridiculous that this attitude is tolerated. Coffee was great and the guy who took our order was nice but yikes..the girl that shouts out your name at the counter is beyond rude and out of line. You don’t treat your customers like that. I’ll stick to the one at DW from now on.

I’m getting really sick of this location and the one in Dw not having oatmeal or coconut milk. Why are certain things on the menu if you don’t have those ingredients? this one is centrally located by three grocery stores and y’all can’t get coconut or oatmilk???

New barista is rude and frankly unprofessional. Asked a question about a drink, and she snapped and ranted for 5 minutes at us for asking a question. Never had such a bad experience.

Good easy access Starbucks location. Friendly staff. I needed to change a part of my drink (I was that guy) and they were cool with it.

Starbucks are all fairly well managed so the differentiators are slight. Customer service and maintenance of the common areas are two that I look for. This location doesn’t stand out in either. It’s nice but not exceptional
