Even though this is a Starbucks you can’t use Starbucks promotions or discounts… My daughter was all excited to use her free birthday drink that they wouldn’t let us use… such a crock never had a issue like that at any BIGGBY anywhere.. I’ll be going to the competition from now on, the fast food restaurant out front takes the app coupons and I know that’s privately owned.. like if you are part of a franchise you need to honor franchise promos and coupons..

I’m a contractor and have eaten at both restaurants for many years. I have to be honest tho….the quality has gone down hill the past several years. My wife and I stopped by last night for a bite….I doubt we’ll be back. Two bad meals in a row kills it for me. Sorry guys, just sharing my experience.

There used to be a time when I thought Starbucks was the best, but now with so many local coffee shops providing excellent coffee drinks and service ( plus during Covid it’s important to keep the $$$ local), Starbucks has become just another same as the other a block or so away chain.

Very poor service. Came in to get a black coffee and three staff members working and no other customers. Took several minutes for staff to even acknowledge me. When I finally got a cup the urn only had enough to fill my cup half full. They were so unfriendly i took my half cup of old strong coffee and left. Don’t recommend this place at all.

The manager Terra was HIGHLY unprofessional. She was rude off the bat then had her what I’m assuming daughter on her cell phone, yelling and swearing at her as were standing there. Not a good time at all!
