I ordered an ice caramel macchiato. I saw people ordered before me already got their order. Man. I went back to ask the lady how long does it take to do my order she said she has a lot of orders. After waiting for someone to arrive to the counter I decided to leave and come back after walking around inside of the grocery store they are located in. When I returned there was a woman sweeping the floor. She did not see me so I waited. As she was sweeping she coughed and covered her mouth with her fist but then returned that hand to the broom handle and did not wash her hands. I immediately left the store disgusted. I called Starbucks customer service and they said they would forward that information to management but never asked for my contact information in case the manager needed more information. It seems that customer service training is about as weak as their food handling training.

I’ve visited this location just a handful of times while I’ve been shopping in the store. I order the same mocha frappicino everytime..NEVER have they’ve been the same! The one today was awful, nothing mocha frappicino about it. Guess I will drive the extra miles to Battle Creek.

This is a nice Starbucks. It’s always clean and they are quick to get your order out. The only thing that I notice is everyone seems to be in a not so great mood a lot. So I hope the employees are getting treated well.
