Went in this morning after my grandpa passed away with my cousin thinking that some coffee could cheer us up the lady was so rude to us from the jump had an attitude I was told her name was Chelsea but not sure if that was her name she was a Asian girl & she made my day even worse I walked away from the situation bc I was very upset that my grandpa just passed away but I’m sitting at home not understanding why you guys have workers like that

Bad experience with rude staff. They cater to hospital staff, which is obvious since I wasn’t staff. Worst experience at a Starbucks and no compassion for patients and family who are there. Poor customer service! Maybe a Biggby would be better and care about Lansing folk more. This was on the morning of 5/10/22. Wow, what a bad experience… Someone obviously dislikes their job.

I usually love this place. Staff are great but Matt set the mood that day..there was a tension with him there. I was there and he was rude to me. Didn’t acknowledge me. Service is important if you want customers to keep coming back.

It should be WELL KNOWN this location is for VISITORS AND STAFF at the hospital only. Staff at this hospital is very rude and won’t help you at all. Highly suggest not even stopping.
