The staff always has a wonderful attitude. They are very sweet to all customers. If a mistake is made, (which rarely happens) they cheerfully fix the mistake without question. It’s my favorite Starbucks by far and I love the employees

Batista was so nice. She rang up my coffee order and I saw a new flavor and she said I could change it. She had to rearing it and did it with a smile. Which earned her a nice tip.

Inside of D&W it’s ok still over priced cheap coffee beans, usually the service is good just not my thing only will get something if I’m shopping with the wife. But the drinks aren’t usually bad just over priced

First time buying from Starbucks. I’ve avoided them before because I believe the prices are too high for coffee. But I wanted to warm myself up and I drink really sweet coffee for the taste. First off I was purposely told an incorrect price so I would buy, to come to find out they don’t even have flavored creamer or any creamer, just half & half or milk. The coffee tastes terrible and it wasn’t even hot. And I paid $3 for a small that I just thrown away because it didn’t taste good or could it warm me up. I would never go to another Starbucks again because of that experience.

My order was fine. Service was good. The 2 stars is for not taking rewards or being able to use my app. It was very disappointing. When I asked they were very nice and explained that the rewards didn’t always work right so they would have to override the computer to get it to work. Then people were abusing that so as the 1st of January they don’t accept rewards. Their choice I suppose but it’s a shame they can’t get it to work properly. They have a punch card tho. Buy 12 get one free. What a deal
