went to target and decided coffee sounded good. i order this same drink at different starbucks all the time. it tasted different than usual but just decided it’s not the bad and they were busy so maybe they missed a pump of a syrup or something. as i drank more of it i realized that the black in the bottom wasn’t settled syrup it was coffee grounds. I’m not sure how this happened but this is disgusting and i will never be getting coffee from this starbucks ever again. not only are they rude but can’t even make your coffee right. they always mess up my order but not to the point where i refuse to go. but now with this, they will never see my business ever again. and i suggest everyone do the same. i shouldn’t be drinking chunks of coffee grounds.

Extremely inconsistent drinks. When you order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew everytime… you would think it would look and taste similar each time… you would be sorely mistaken. They have recipes for these drinks, so why don’t they follow them. Sometimes it comes out like coffee flavored milk, sometimes it tastes like they forgot the syrup…. I don’t understand why a $5 drink can’t be made correctly no matter who’s working.

The only way I go to Starbucks is if I get a GC here, becuase I won’t waste coffee. They get 2 stars becuase staff is always very friendly. But the wait is insane! If there are 3 people in line, expect 30 min wait. And I get straight off the menu, no speciality orders. Evert single time. The other thing is, Starbucks coffee taste burnt the majority of the time. The other part of the time it’s overly sweet (I think in attempts to hide it). Starbucks is just not good quality coffee that is being cooked way too long at way too high of a temperature, to make it seem stronger. Overcooked and Burnt does not equal stronger. It you want stronger coffee you need to add more grounds/beans, not scorch what you have. You’re much better off taking your money to Biggby or on another local coffee shop. It’s the most expensive coffee and one of the worst tasting. Not to mention the very longest waits.

Although Starbucks has a recipe for virtually every item on their menu, some locations still mess it up. All I see is the baristas chatting with one another and not paying any attention to making the drink. Disgusting. Their only advantage is that they’re located inside a Target so they’ll get customers anyway.
