Miserable is the word I would use to describe the staff at this location. Stopped in to order a Frappuccino after a flight. The woman taking orders gave me the impression that she would rather be doing anything other than taking orders at a Starbucks. She showed herself capable of friendliness and even smiling as witnessed when her friend stopped by after I ordered. While waiting an exorbitant length of time for my drink, I noticed that there were no straws. I asked another woman behind the counter for a straw and she pointed me to the empty container where the straws had been. She was visibly annoyed that I asked her to restock the container. Fortunately she was able to accomplish this task within the ten minutes that I waited for my drink. The one person of the three who was making drinks seemed overwhelmed by the task.

I ordered in line at 8:55 am, the line was not too long and I had 30 minutes before my flight boarded. The workers were very friendly but the wait was entirely too long to recieve a drink. I ordered a pink drink and watched person after person who ordered AFTER ME recieve their drink and bakery items first. Many people in line were saying the same but the workers insited they were made in the order they came. Finally at 9:22 they held up the empty cup with my name on it and although I did recieve my drink, I then had to run to board my flight. The wait for my drink took up my entire layover. I was also charged almost $7 for a grande refresher, with a $1.50 charge on the receipt for “no H20 EX ST ACAI” without being informed, if I was told I would be charged for something extra I may have chosen another drink. As a college student on a budget I don’t appreciate extra fees being added on, or standing in line for over 30 minutes while I watch people who ordered after me get theirs first. The workers seemed well staffed and somewhat friendly so I am not sure what the holdup was.

Didn’t like this Starbucks. First the friendliness could definitely improve. All you need is a smile and some politeness. Some of the comments to customers weren’t polite; I’m sure they felt bad for asking a question. Second the coffee, worst one I’ve had and it’s a staple Starbucks drink. I unfortunately ended up throwing mine out because I didn’t like it. So a waste of $7.

Made a mobile order and waited more than the ones that were in line. Ordered everything bagel warmed and Americano. Had to remind them twice that my flight was boarding. The baristas acted like I was asking something for free. They told me they don’t warm the bagels and it was a plain hard bagel which looked pretty old. I don’t understand why you put the stuff you can’t provide on the menu?? And then your staff gives the customers an attitude.

The guy who at the cashier was not helpful at all. I wanted a bagel and he said they dont toast it. I ordered food before and heating food up is always an option. And so few food available according to him whatever I see is what they have.

Very bad service the walker are so rude and I order iced coffee with light ice. She gave me half of the cup. I’m not buying ice. I’m buying a coffee that soul thieves. They are stealing from us. I’m not buying nothing from Starbucks anymore.

Love me some good ol coffee and this Starbucks did not upset. They open super early which is great because we arrived at 6am for our flight and needed a little boost hahah… the line was pretty Ling but for sure kinda expected that. So besides the wait everything was really good. There are also a few more Starbucks spread throughout the airport.
