I have been to this Starbucks many times over the last couple years and, every time, the drive thru is unbearably SLOW. Just now, I only had 4 cars in front of me and it took a half an hour just to order. Another 5-10 minutes for my order with only one person in front of me.

I love Starbucks but this particular location’s time estimates on the app are NOT even close to accurate. Twice now the app has said my drink would be ready in 3-6 minutes and I’ve gotten there and had to wait 45 minutes for my drink ticket to even print. If I had known they were so busy I wouldn’t have even ordered. This was on a Thursday at like 1pm so there were a few others who were stressed and stated they needed to be back at work. There had to have been 25+ people waiting for their drink inside the store. People were irritated. The employees were irritated. This location really needs to fix this issue, for everyones sake. When I finally did get my drink it was made correctly and tasted great, but I am just not willing to risk being late for work and will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a cold brew and nitro cold brew for $12. I waited and waited and finally asked what’s going on. Thier machine was broken and they continued to make others coffees. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that. Instead they gave me a $4 coupon but said it was for a free coffee which is closer to $6 and gave me no coffee. I spent $12 to get no coffee and a $4 coupon. This was my first and last time at this location!

Love my Family
Check your drinks before you leave I usually leave a good review but I’m fed up. I order a venti but always get a grande in the venti cup it seems. I get no whip no foam but yet my cup is always 3/4 from full. These are 2 different days. I pay almost 7 bucks for my drink can you please fill the dam thing.

Takes absolutely forever to get any drinks ALWAYS. Yesterday when I entered the line at 5:00PM and didn’t get to the drive through window until 5:57PM on top of the this guy had his mask down, bangs out and had his nose in the blender SNIFFING inside them including this bangs hanging in the blender. I asked for my drinks to be remade and of course had to wait again. I felt so bad for the young woman at the register she was clearly irritated and equally as horrified. (She remade my drinks for me!!- she was amazing) but seriously NASTY. He needs to be fired or trained immediately. Talk about health code violation.

I got stuck in the Drive thru for 45 minutes! This is unexceptable! There was nothing I could do and I ended up being so late to where I was trying to go. The people at the register just said… “sorry, nothing we can do.” Then my coffee was COLD!
