The drink I asked for I specifically asked for it with coffee in it the barista said okay she handed it to me and it didn’t look like it had coffee in it. So I asked her does this have coffee in it and she reassured me yes. once I took a drink of it I knew it definitely did not have any coffee in it whatsoever. Most of the time this is a very good Starbucks but not today.

I ordered four drinks today. The two coffees were actually hot chocolates. The strawberry lemonade aci refreshers did not taste right at all. This was the worst experience at Starbucks I’ve ever had. Would not recommend.

Okay so this a picky review but I offer constructive criticism. I got a drink here, not too complicated of a refresher. But the woman working would barely let my husband speak to get the order out. She kept asking questions about what to put in the drink. My husband used to be a manager at a Star Bucks, he knows how to order this drink. I’m assuming this woman was a fill in while someone was on lunch or called off. She seemed flustered. Anyway, my drunk was wrong but the line had become long and we have a 5 hour drive home. So I’m stuck with a bad drink.
