The baristas were great. The store was clean and while it was busy, the flow was moving fast. 2 cake pops and 2 pink drinks for $20 though… steeeeeeep. It seems Starbucks, like many other establishments keep raising prices more and more.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the last negative experience, because I thought they were just training new people, but I’m now done with this location. Today, I ordered my drink (a latte) and saw her write my name on the cup for a hot drink. Somehow, a lemonade came out for me. I told them my correct order, and they then made an iced latte. When I said that I didn’t ask for iced, the person went off on me about how she couldn’t have known that and I should have said I wanted hot. I still wonder what happened to that original cup for a hot drink…

This little coffee shop was so cute! I am in town for a few days visiting the University of Michigan, and some one told me this was the best local coffee shop in Ann Arbor. While I haven’t tried any other shops, I must say that I highly recommend this one!

This location is honestly awful most of the time. The Baristas when they are busy say they can’t make certain drinks and then don’t know certain drinks that I get at other locations. Took over 15 minutes to get my drinks as well.
