Although the staff was very nice, there was no systems in place to capture the volume of orders. Long wait times for both before and after ordering drinks. Management, did not have the appropriate staff levels nor was the efficiencies there. A well run store could handle surge influxes, but not at this Starbucks, which did not meet the standard.

Slow, inattentive staff. My three drinks came out literally 15 minutes apart. Ice had melted in the first by the time I got the third. One of the drinks was wildly inaccurate but I didn’t have time to have them make it right.

Always a pleasure to get a Starbucks drink in hand. The atmosphere here is basically grab and go because it is in Martin’s super market. But that doesn’t stop everyone in town coming to place an order. Sometimes has a little bit of a line but it always moves fast and drinks are always great!

This establishment needs a bathroom at the area of the coffee shop. It is rediculous to have to walk 300 feet to the other end of the building to use a bathroom especially for older or disabled people

Although the people working were very kind, the Starbucks itself was out of espresso and cold brew. Not to mention the people working were asking if I wanted things that already naturally come with the drink and ended up coming with way too much creamer.
