Just ordered coffee on the app for a quick pick up on my way to work I put the order in 15 minutes before I arrived and they hadn’t started it. The place was a ghost town the ladies working were just gabbing. They didn’t greet me or ask anything they noticed me and then made the drink tossed it on the counter and went back to their conversation. No name tags either.

They were quick today because they were dead for lunch time. They clearly have poor management. This is the second time in a 2 month period that they have run out of essencial supplies. First time we ordered two venti size lattes and they gave us 4 smalls. We said it isn’t what we ordered and they said they ran out of venti size cups. Had we known we would have ordered large. Buy the time you finish one the other is cold.

Even if there are four people working, it still takes just as long to get a basic black coffee. After giving benefit of the doubt, it seems super intentional on their part. Today we waited 15 minutes for a single black coffee that was already brewed.

worker was rude and basically threw the drinks at us they almost fell off the counter. we forgot to tell her that some of the drinks were cream based and didn’t have coffee and she reacted so unprofessionally and was mumbling the whole time she made them. also tried to say that if we did it again we would have to pay AGAIN for the drinks because it was a waste of product. i work in food service too and that is NOT how it works

I would have given this 5 stars because most employees are excellent. They the drinks with the quickness and perfection. Unfortunately there are several younger ladies that don’t seem to care about customer service at all. Besides them , I do like this particular Starbucks!

some of the girls working here have an attitude, i asked for cream filled to the top every other starbucks does it. when i said can you fill it to the top she rolled her eyes at me and seemed irritated don’t say thank you or your welcome either also my drink took forever and there weren’t even busy

This place is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They hired a new person about 4-6 weeks ago and I was hoping he would quit because his is the absolute slowest. Name is Kevin. I can’t continue to go here when it takes 10 minutes to get two small orders complete (1 coffee and a sandwich x2).

It’s alright. They didn’t have a few items they normally have at other Martin’s deli’s, and it was not the cleanest, they also only had one poor kid at the register with quite a few other employees meandering about that in sure could’ve helped..
