Starbucks should really higher more then 1 person to run this shop. The barista was working double time trying to get online orders and in person orders done. I felt bad. She did a really great job with the coffee she made. I hope they get her some coworkers soon.

The kid working had a terrible attitude and acted as if he was bothered we were there. I’m not sure how hard it is to make one simple drink, yet he somehow managed to mess that up too. He should consider himself lucky that I didn’t come back and ask for another drink. His attitude sucked, the service was terrible, and the drink was anything but up to par.

Never go to this Starbucks. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and every time I go they mess it up. They either don’t stir it well or today when I went I’m pretty sure they just didn’t put any creamer at all. This is ridiculous, currently livid and will never give this location business again as every time I go something like this happens, and I don’t recommend anyone else either, as there are many other Starbucks near this location that are way better and never get it wrong so not worth taking a risk, embarassing.

Second time going, same 2 girls working, no greeting asking if they can take your order. Finally I just ask if they are open. Also they just let you stand there and never let you know when your order is ready.

Drinks are made wrong MORE times than right! The Mobile ordering is not consistent at all. One day it is available and one day it’s not, this locations drive thru wait time is too ridiculously long for mobile order not to be available!

The service was very, very slow. Took well over 5 minutes to just place the order. I am not upset at the guy that helped us, he was doing the best he could. However, once we placed the order, sitting at a table right next to the service area, was (I assume) the manager and 3 other people with computers; I used to call the “suits” when I was a manager. While they are having a meeting, the poor kid behind the register was in the weeds. Here’s an idea to the “suits” and the manager… put the customers ahead of your meeting, or there will be no reason to have your meeting. Know what I mean?
