This location is terrible. They don’t abide by any of the Starbucks policies like being able to bring reusable cups for extra stars. They are always out of ingredients or their blenders are broken. They aren’t even open during posted hours. Then to make matters worse, they never make the drinks correctly. I assume this is lack of training. This location just needs to close since corporate doesn’t support them or force them to abide by policy.

This Starbucks is hardly ever open. Then they’ll have a huge line and their system goes down all the time.. so they close down .. however they can still use the Meijer cash register a whole 8 steps away but say they can’t. It’s honestly a waste trying to go into the Meijer to get Starbucks then walk half way through the store because they have the Starbucks door closed off . You have to walk through half the store just to see if they are open. Even some of the people working behind counter are rude . Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to .

I hate leaving bad reviews, and usually if I have a bad experience I just don’t review at all. But not sure if the “barista” was hung over, drunk or high, but he was not with it. My drink was also not marked correctly. They made the wrong drink as they didn’t listen when I ordered. I asked for Decaf as I am nursing and can’t have caffeine, but it wasn’t marked. I didn’t have time to ask for a new one as I waited 10 minutes to get this one. And would have been met with eye rolls and huffs if I would have. Great reminder why I don’t spend money here and go just about anywhere else to get coffee.

Absolutely disappointing experience. Ordered a tea latte which clearly had coffee in it, tasted terrible & was a very disappointing start to the day. Baristas need to ensure they know how to make drinks correctly!

I was there today for 4 drinks and most do once a week or i send someone else to get them for me and employees and they didnt had any ribbon crunch stuff to put on 3 of my drinks i ordered and i asked why didnt had any on the top she answered saying because we are out so why you didnt told me before i ordered she says because you didnt asked?? Woow that wa the point to get that drink tho and either carmel on the top put on them. To be honest i dnt wanna come back there employees rude answers!

Absolutely horrible. My coffee tasted spoiled and my daughters croissant was burnt. I threw out my coffee before even leaving the store. I get Starbucks daily and this location is the worse one I’ve been to.
