I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, and that was not what I was given. The barista simply dumped some pumpkin sauce on the bottom, poured the cold brew on top, and sprinkled some cinnamon on it. There was no cream. I didn’t have time to ask for it to be remade, but I don’t plan to go back to this location.

The service was great and there was little to no line. Compared to other Starbucks my order came out relatively quick. I’ve never had a poor experience from this establishment. The employees were nice and seemed confused as i was when I showed them that Google maps said this place was closed indefinitely. Not sure how that mistake managed to happen. Glad I reported the mistake. This place is very convenient for on the go orders as well as a nice sit down place if you wanted to. Parking is the same as the Kroger parking lot. I don’t see how this place wouldn’t be kid friendly. Prices were average for Starbucks nothing too expensive but nothing cheap like 99 cent coffee. when it comes to quality you definitely get what you paid for. With my overall experience I would definitely recommend people to visit. I’ll be returning. Hope this review helped anyone interested.

The staff is very friendly, fast, and efficient. One person name Daniel was working today by himself and there was a long line waiting to order drinks. He was taking orders and making drinks so quickly without any mistakes or complaints. I had forgotten about the line be being long and before I realized it was my turn to order.

Every time I go to this Starbucks location there is a problem. Today the woman in front of me got her iced latte and said it was watery. The woman behind the counter started banging on the machine and then gave me my order. Of course mine was nothing but water as well, but I didn’t have time to wait. Very disappointed in their customer service Friday m such a reputable company.
