I just want to thank Tiffany that works in the Harrison Kroger. She is a amazing, kind, and is a beautiful person who made my experience totally unforgettable. Thanks Tiffany

Did my very first mobile order and everything went smooth as could be. The barista was a darling girl (and I wish I could remember her name) but she seemed genuinely happy to talk to me and even more pumped to hand my little their drink too. Very excited to finally have a drive through Starbucks!

Exceptional service and gorgeous location. Indoor and outdoor seating, peaceful ambience, and kind staff that take the extra step for their customers.

Unbelievably awful. Made a “quick” coffee stop off the road, after searching the app for the nearest Starbucks. Despite there being only 3 other customers in line before me, it took 20 minutes to be served. There were 3 employees working, 2 of whom appeared to be clueless. I ordered 2 Venti Bolds: they had no bold brewed. So, I’m like, just give me Pike Place. They barely had enough to fill one cup. It was lukewarm and bore no resemblance to a Starbucks product. I was then informed that they would need to brew more coffee… however the 2 employees who were just standing there had no idea how to do this!!! After waiting another 10 minutes as the one seemingly capable employee gave directions to the other two, I walked out. I fail to understand how a Starbucks has neither coffee nor employees who know how to make coffee. If you’re heading north, grab your Starbucks in Cincinnati. Otherwise, it’s an unpleasant, caffeine-less haul to Indianapolis. SMH.

Only Starbucks in the area, for now. Staff was very friendly and were well trained. My drinks came out exactly as I wanted. Heads up, the folks working in the cafe are not Starbucks employees, they are actually Kroger employees, which is annoying because I am unable to tip for their awesome service. I even voiced my opinion to the store manager.

Not a good experience today. 4 people working, but still so slow, and other people, that came after my 10 year old and I, got served first. Disappointing it took 15 mins for a simple coffee and vanilla frap.

The manager at this Kroger in Harrison, OH location is horrible. They highly mistreat the high school/college kids that work at this Starbucks, force them to close at anytime of management’s choosing (which is horrible customer service as well), don’t give the employees hardly any hours to work, and are downright rude. This is my local Starbucks, and I’ve never seen so much employee turnover, and variable hours of operation. Don’t pay attention to the hours posted, as the managers will close it down at anytime just to save a buck. Kroger and Starbucks should be highly embarrassed!

This location used to have very friendly staff that was fast and efficient. Now the staff is unfriendly and looks as though they hate their jobs. Not to mention the service is so slow! They stand around and talk to each other instead of making your drink and then half the time it is wrong. So sad to see this location go down hill so bad.

It’s never consistent from the taste of the coffee to the employees working. Typically they would rather talk to each other than get coffee made. Sometimes the coffee taste burnt and sometimes it’s great.

Horrible service. While there was a long line of people (10 or so) waiting in line to order and for their drinks to be made, they decided it was a great time to organize cup kids….
