We arrived at 8:30 pm and this sb closes at 9, they had to problem serving us so close to closing. I used the app to earn stars. Our drinks were made in a timely manner and were actually really good. I ordered a iced venti white mocha.

Did a mobile order here for two iced coffees with Vanilla Sweet Cream cold foam this AM. Staff working had my order ready within 10 minutes of placing it, before I even arrived which is rare these days with mobile order. The restaurant, situated in an Ohio Travel plaza, was clean and well-lit. The gals working were very nice. Would order again from this location.

The cashier did not pay attention to my order so the person making it did not get it right. I had to tell her as I saw it was not being made the way I ordered it. She seemed put out by my correction. Then the order did not include the ice I asked the cashier for I had to ask the person who made my drink that I had asked for ice. Again she seemed put out.

Large amount of unavailable items. I ordered a brow sugar oatmilk shaken exspresso. They were out of oatmilk and made it with non-fat milk. Was terrible and bitter. They remade and it tasted the same. I threw it away. For expensive coffee I want it the way I want it.

I don’t want to leave a starred review because the service was great but the address on Google Maps for this location is incorrect. It took us 5 minutes off the highway in the opposite direction of where Starbucks is actually located… which is inside the BP/GOASIS gas station and they also have a Popeyes and Pizza Hut. GPS to one of those instead until the Google Maps address is updated so you don’t get lost like we did

This is one of the STARBUCKS that’s consistent with great customer service and quality products. The new impossible breakfast sausage sandwich is delicious, and I really appreciated that they finally have a sandwich that’s plant base. Thanks

This is a busy gas station Starbucks. It quite simply cannot be anything but average. Everyone was nice and service was good. Remember to unionize.
