I placed a mobile order today for my pink drink and it looked as it it wasn’t made in the shaker and just put in the cup and handed to me. I asked if it could be remade and the barista ‘Dontae’ for it to be remade and they told me no and to mix it myself.

Asked for tall pink drink then remembered the tall ones were venti and said I’d like venti but girl still gave me a “tall,” which at Starbucks means a small and not the tall cup. Waited to ask about this but the employees all seemed clueless.

I came to this location around 6:00pm tonight when there was no one in line. The girls working didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up. Eventually one walked up to the register and just stared at me. Never greeted me or asked what they could get me or how they could help me. Made my drink wrong but didn’t offer me a recipt or anything to even see if they rang it in right. Disappointed in this experience

The best Starbucks I’ve been too! I come in often and never have a problem with this place. Taylor is one of my favorite employees, she’s very respectful and works hard. Always makes my coffee just the way I like it. Very efficient and fast. Makes my mornings 10x better!!!

Tyler was preparing drinks with no gloves (ok, hands can be washed) and mask dangling on her shirt (against Starbucks policy and all current recommendations). When I commented the facemask works better when on the face, she went on a rant about how much she was doing back there and ended with how my beverage is non essential. I decided it truly was not essential and asked for a refund. She continued to rant, refused to put the credit back on my card or give me a proper receipt, gave me cash and went straight back to preparing the next drink

Best Starbucks in Grove City! Staff is so nice and friendly and caring. My kids look forward to going to the grocery store so that they can go and say Hi to Andrea their best friend at the Starbucks 🙂 Drinks are always made mixed wow not with a bunch of syrup sitting on the bottom and they’re always happy to suggest new things to try Stop is very genuine and you don’t feel like they are just there to collect a paycheck.

Was fully not acknowledged by Tracie who was wearing her mask below her nose while making drinks … was finally acknowledged by Taylor who had ran off for a while before acknowledging me who work her mask on her chin the whole time she was making my drink…. Um WHATS THE POINT?

Three out of the four times I have been here they are either out of some sort of ingredient and can’t make something or a machine is broken. Just this morning the espresso machine was broken. I understand that occasionally things like that do occur, but it is hit or miss on whether I will actually get my beverage here.

Jade said could not make our drinks the way we asked for them. Both of the employees working was very rude. Will NEVER come to this one again. Paid for mostly water in the drinks.

I had a Great experience here after a bad experience at another starbucks close to there. I went in and the male worker figured out the problem with a smile. He had excellent customer service!!! I will be back!!
