I’m not sure if this location has issues with staffing or not but they have gotten significantly slower each time I order. Oftentimes there is a line at the counter waiting to order for an extended period of time, typically without even being acknowledged by any of the workers. Most recently I placed an order that said it would be ready in 10 minutes and it took closer to 30. Even when incredibly busy some of the workers take to making small talk amongst each other rather than filling drink orders and taking them at the counter. Just extremely unprofessional with zero regard to anyone else’s time.

A light atmosphere where every employee is great with customers and their teammates. Every one works hard and seems to have fun. They often have samples for customers to try. Also, they have a list of baristas with their favorite drinks attached. I really appreciate this because it allows for spontaneity, which creates a great connection between customer & barista. Whether you have that one special drink you go for or like to mix it up frequently with unique drinks; they provide great service worth returning for again & again.

Nice staff that has always gotten my order right. That being said… Good customer service doesn’t make up for the location being short staffed and always having a long wait. On top of that there has been more than a few times drinks weren’t available because they didn’t have ingredients. How does a coffee shop make money without coffee…

Staff are incredible! That is a TOUGH job, and the Baristas are friendly and consistent. Even when they don’t have everything they need, through no fault of their own, they go out of their way to make sure you walk away with a good drink.

I respect them a lot for the fact that scheduling does commonly put one person alone during busy hours. As a result, you may wait. BUT, they never sacrifice quality. My coffee is always fresh and the staff is always great 🙂

I love starbucks but your experience is such a hit or miss at this location. Barista named “”Apple”” was snippy and rude. She seemed mad she had to make my drink and was slamming around while making it with a huffy attitude.
