I’ve been here twice in the past month. First time was a 45 minute wait for a drink. This second time I ordered way ahead because of that previous time. I did receive my drink in a timely manner that way (line still out of the store though), but this time my drink and my girlfriends drink (mocha fraps) had 0 flavor to them. Same woman that was making drinks as last time. You’d think if you’d pay a premium for these they’d at least be as good as normal. Nope! Not with Starbucks!

My flight was delayed so I decided to grab some coffee to keep myself up all night. I could not believe my eyes when I was at Starbucks, I literally looked around for that reporter Jim Acosta from 60 minutes. You know when they put you in a place and give you horrible service just to see if you’re a Karen. Two girls working behind the counter looked lost and confused and couldn’t find lids, couldn’t find any of the correct ingredients and were busy talking about other things that were completely irrelevant to the task at hand. I was in line for 20 minutes had to leave and come back because I was afraid I was going to miss my flight. Lucky for me the airline employees are worse than the Starbucks employees so I came back and spent another 25 minutes to get a drink that was not made correctly and there was only 2 people in front of me. Horrible management of employees at this location.

It’s a good Starbucks. Clean, but the staff was a little standoffish. Everyone is allowed to have off days, but it was noticeable. The place was really busy and really slow compared to other Starbucks which kind of blew my mind because it’s in the airport… no mind though. I still got what I wanted and was able to make it to my flight on time.

Very very slow. Took almost 45 minutes for my mobile order. They expedite those in person, so they don’t even go in order. What’s the point of ordering digitally? All of the workers, while they were equally stressed, were equally rude and unhelpful. They had one person working drink orders. After thirty minutes one said, maybe I should help you. Stay away. There were so many drink and food orders that were on the counter that were abandoned. One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

Twenty minutes to get a coffee in an airport. After waiting a while I started timing, and about 2 minutes on average between drinks coming out. So, if you have 10 people in front of you either in line or waiting for their drinks, I hope you have 20 minutes to spare.

Omg talk about being lazy giving you dirty looks when you order, actually rolling her eyes at customers, This is it! Line backed up forever. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Maybe the CRT people should come here and evaluate? What people have said for years is in fact true. Take a guess who I am talking about.

Over 40 minute wait for drinks and longer for food. The drink order was put in at 9:23 and it wasn’t ready until 10:10. It’s the only breakfast place on this terminal. Wish there were more options in terminal A. You’re better off just picking randomly from the abandoned drinks and food of people who had to leave to catch their flight. These workers should be treated better and it seems like this is the result of poor management choices.

This is the slowest Starbucks location that I have ever been to. The line had only three people ahead of me but it took a long time for the three baristas who were on shift to take their orders. They were milling around like they were half asleep. Also, they open at 4:00, not 4:30 like Google maps says.

Waiting over an hour for someone to show up after placing a mobile order. Once they arrived I was very rudely told they don’t know when they will open, they should’ve opened at 4:30…..I then asked if they could cancel my mobile order and was told call corporate with no other help. I understand bad days but it was a very poor customer service interaction and now I’m out almost $30 until corporate gets back to me.

Check your drink before you leave the store. Too bad I was in a hurry. I got a white chocolate mocha. With no mocha. No time to go back. There’s a flight to catch. Cup of hot milk and whipped cream. Starbucks did credit me later but I sure wanted a yummy coffee then.
