I know they get overwhelmed with throngs and throngs people. Some take black coffee and others want a specialty drink with twists turns and ups and downs and everyone wants it… when? Right now!! But just as I’ve stated in the last few days …the service is slow. It may be relative to the number of guests waiting, I get that, but THIS Starbucks doesn’t have a drive thru… so per the Starbucks norm… waiting is the name of the game here. And what makes it worse – because of the small rectangular shape, chair and table placement- there is no real place to comfortably wait without standing in someone’s space or face. Go and enjoy your experience…just build in waiting time.
