My drinks were made perfect! Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap the worker was making the drinks by himself and had a line of people waiting. He worked well under pressure!

Seriously who would have thought? Target has got the best Starbucks in the city. This is the only one that always gets my drink right, and isn’t always out of everything. Well, once, when they were out of my drink (a popular seasonal) they gave me a coupon for a free one which was super nice. They are also very sweet and attentive baristas at this location.. don’t forget to tip! There are some other great Starbucks for sure, but this one has been amazing. I think we all know how bad the Starbucks at Bardstown/Heather is. If you switch to this Target Starbucks, even though there’s no drive-through at least you won’t walk out with burnt coffee that has zero flavor.

Johnathan was SUPER SUPER SUPER NICE. I showed him a recipe I found on Pintrest and he was able to make it unlike this other girl from a different Starbucks who didn’t give me the time of day but anyway I’m super happy with my drink so thanks again to Johnathan. Someone give him a raise please.

Clean and quick. But the staff was not….friendly. They weren’t rude or anything. Just… no greeting, the dead pan stare like hurry up and order, no friendly interactions. It wasn’t a “bad” experience but kinda uncomfortable and they didn’t give me an option to add in my own cream and sugar, they did it for me and it was so gross I just took mine home and redid it. All I ordered was a hazelnut coffee. Nothing special. I could have saved the 7 bucks and had better coffee and better atmosphere at home.

Got to the location at 8:45pm to get a coffee and it was already closed. Lights off and all. Asked the barista who was there if closing hour wasn’t 9pm and they said “yes, but I have to put these away.” That’s 15 whole minutes! Me and my husband could’ve gotten our coffees and be out of there in 5 mins. Very disappointed.

I am lactose intolerant. The employees were too busy having a conversation then paying attention to my order. The fellow still proceeded with milk then dumped it without cleaning it. I have horrible side effects when it comes to milk. Then PROCEEDED to add coffee when I said none. Also, there was too much ice to where the drink was frozen. I am highly disappointed. Won’t waste my time coming here again.
