So my mom and I went to get a drink during the half price Wednesday. The cashier was amazing but she didn’t put a name on my moms order. That resulted in us having to wait a while for her drink. When she asked about her drink potentially being on the counter, they told her no. When the guy working the counter asked her for her name, he proceeded to pull the drink from the counter that she had previously asked about. He gave her an attitude, stared at her like she was stupid and pointed at the drink as he walked it over to her. That was beyond rude and neither of us wish to come back to this location as far as we are concerned. Do better.

i must admit i do have a coffee addiction an been to almost every starbucks on the coast because as my best friend an i say coffee is life which is why we do get coffee constantly an starbies is life as we do bring our cups for coffee an come back multiple times i love the atmosphere its amazing an it never lets me down. just the smell of the stores oooh yeah. the baristas are amazing in every store we gone too they are amazing an so cool. keep up the great work will always get my coffee here no matter what.

We had coffee. They were out of what I ordered and then a machine was broken so I could not get my second choice. But the employee was very helpful and I got my third choice. This Starbucks seems to be louder than others in the area. I guess it’s the acoustics of the building.

Starbuck builds its brand on the experience! I could buy these drinks at any coffee house, but chose Starbucks because of the brand. This branch is a very poor representation of Starbucks brand ,from the dirty floors to the sticky tables and not only poor service but bad attitude. I waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks. For the investment the owner made for this store , it is a sad thing too see someone’s dream go down the drain due to lack of addressing problems in a company , and not making changes to it, to safeguard your investment , it clearly shows by all the bad reviews of this branch , these problems have yet to be addressed.

The staff is very unorganized and I can’t identify who the manager is. The drive thru line was backed up around the parking lot when we came in. There was no one working the counter, there were 5 people behind the counter walking back and forth and ignoring the people waiting. My friend and I were behind two other people who seemed to have been waiting in line a while. Finally, one of the 5 persons came over to take the orders. And then, once we finally get our drinks the guy who made the drinks intentionally gave us one small straw and two large straws. We ordered 3 venti iced drinks. He made them! The straws were in two different holders!

Coffee is always good but the person who takes the orders in the drive thru microphone uses a weird falsetto “baby talk” voice that is very weird and distracting. It is clearly not the person’s real voice and it’s kind of creepy to hear an adult use a baby talk voice in that way. There are no other starbucks nearby so I continually have to hear this weird adult-baby thing when I want coffee. It would be a 5 star if not for the very uncomfortable ordering situation in the drive thru.

I drove through the Diberville location on the 12th of March about 30 minutes before closing and the barista, Mil, was so so sweet. She was patient with my questions and was very helpful even though it was towards the end of her shift. My coffee was perfect and I left there very satisfied which made up for any negative experiences I have had there in the past. Mil deserves a shoutout for her excellent service.
