Been here several times and always had a great experience. Will definitely be back. It is very convenient and nice to go shopping and get a coffee at the same spot. Also, the staff there are very friendly and have always had a great attitude when I have visited. Sometimes it is important to remember that places such as this is often busy, especially this location and it is difficult to be personable to everyone when you are backed up with orders like they often are.

I tried this Starbucks because I love Target so much. Never again. When I didn’t see an item I usually get on their menu, I tried asking the lady up front if they serve it like other Starbucks do (the Vanilla Creme made with whole milk). She rudely interrupted me with a snarky attitude and said, “Look we don’t make Tik-Tok drinks here”… while I was showing her the Vanilla Creme in the Starbucks app. The assumption and rudeness irked me. The drink she ultimately made wasn’t even good, had espresso in it when the regular Vanilla Creme doesn’t even have it in there unless you want it to be. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Next time I’m in Target, I’m only there for Target.

Employee was rude and told me to make a complaint to Google about the times. We don’t normally go to Starbucks, but we were gifted gift cards and wanted to stop. When we walked in, the lady snapped and said it closed at 8. I said why do the hours state 9? She said make a complaint to Google. I didn’t appreciate the rude tone in her voice. This is why I hate going to Target.

I’ll start this post by saying it was late in the evening on Black Friday, this location was busy and everyone was probably totally exhausted but it does not excuse the behavior that I received from a person by the name of Kim. Stood in line for roughly 15 minutes, not a big deal, they were busy. Kim was the person who took my order this is important to remember. I step off to the side and wait patiently, eat my biscotti and people watch. I’m watching drinks go out and then notice that the family who was behind me had just received their 4 drinks, I ordered a grande Irish cream cold brew so that should come out quick. Kim has moved to the outside of the kiosk and is writing on their sign “no ice” when I take the 4 steps to the counter to ask if they are still working my drink. Girl looks confused, asks if it’s something else and that’s when Kim steps up and says “what’s wrong with your drink?” I said, “I never received it.” We have full eye contact (she was wearing a mask), she rolls her eyes, turns her back and doesn’t say another single word. SHE TOOK MY DRINK ORDER HERSELF! She whispers something to the only male working and then my drink is made in 60 seconds. I understand being tired, overworked, being in retail on Black Friday and just being totally over the day but hold yourself accountable for you and your team’s actions and simply say I apologize and get me my drink. I’m not asking for a refund, I’m simply asking for accountability with a dash of politeness. I see Kim has had previous reviews written.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrific customer service. The elderly lady and younger brunette were abrup and hateful . They would not or maybe could not answer simple questions and all but refused to make the drink requested. Not a fan of Target and not a fan of the rude batista in Starbucks at the Target in North Jackson. We own a business. If my employees served customers like this, they would have been fired. Shame on you both.

I personally prefer this location to the Van Drive and the Lanese Dokery (in front of Union Uni). It is located inside Targer, so the parking is a breeze. Target itself is a nice and clean store, and spacious too, so I don’t feel like it’s crowded like in other Starbucks.
