These baristas are super rude and slow. I waited a good 15 minutes in line to ask about my mobile order because they were off talking to other vendors. she had the worst attitude about it. Super rude and unacceptable.

I guess no one wanted to be at work today. They were moving like snails and the cashier came up to the cash register as I was already waiting several minutes. She did not greet me or even say can she take my order, so how am I suppose to know she wanted my order?? Just rude, slow and not friendly!

Nobody is ever working this starbucks. No idea why it says they are open till 7pm. I have been to this Starbucks on various days and no service. The incompetent Kroger. When I worked at Kroger off Lascassas Pike back in 2016-2017 we had a Starbucks, too. The batista was not even allowed to go to the bathroom without having someone watch the register .

This place is very inconsistent on how they make their drinks. Never awful, but never know what you will get. They run out of breakfast items frequently, so be prepared to be limited on what you can get. Other than that, staff is usually friendly and there is one employee that is amazing, I believe her name is Taylor.

I change my review about 4x a year. Back down to 3 stars due to the lack of help Kroger will allow this manager to have and keep employees on hand. Many times there is only 1 barista running the entire shop, meeting multiple demands of high traffic, large orders, cleaning, restocking, etc.

This location supposedly doesn’t have an espresso machine, at all… I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and they said they can’t make it because they don’t have espresso. I then asked for something similar, the barista hands me an iced black coffee with a tiny splash of vanilla flavoring and 2 ice cubes…. Not even close to a latte and it was warm. Looks like the barista doesn’t have any knowledge on coffee drinks if they think a vanilla latte and a black coffee with vanilla flavoring is similar???

Have had multiple experiences where staff has run out of apple cider or tea or it has taken more than 10 minutes to get a drink. They’ve had to remake my drink because it was taking too long to make the other drinks I ordered. Friendly staff, but wish it was better, quicker service.
