Well, I tried again after 3 years of not having starbucks, and it was a bust. Even in a different state, it was aweful. I asked for a skinny iced caramel macchiato, and I got a 1% milk. There was no taste of coffee, and the sticker did not say sugar-free for the syrup. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. I gave a 2 for the food because i needed something quick to eat, but a frozen high-priced breakfast sandwich shouldn’t get more than 2 stars.The ladies were very polite but again for the high cost of this place it is disappointing. I compare Starbucks to a McDonald’s for breakfast.

They seriously need to hire someone different for early mornings…… They move too slowly for managing mobile and in persob ordering snd they dont know how to make the drinks. You spend 30 min waiting and get a basic drink that is made incorrectly.

Around 10:05 AM today (10/23) we just had the WORST experience with one of the girls on the morning shift, she was wearing a black sweatshirt. When we got there they were obviously dealing with a broken machine which takes out 90% of the menu, as it tends to happen often. And she told my mom that “not having an espresso would do her some good” excuse me???? we’re at Starbucks COFFEE. then, to make matters worse she had an obvious attitude when my mom also asked what flavors of drip coffee WERE available. worse coffee she’s ever received from Starbucks. Get better employees.

The people there need to work in their customer service and not cut somebody off when you are explaining what you want. If the people working their dont wanna be there then go home and learn how to fill the cup to the top and not fill it up with whip topping.
