Terminal B Gate 5 Starbucks NEVER opens on time. The folks who work at this location don’t care and are not professional or friendly. The coffee machines clearly haven’t been properly cleaned as the coffee is the worst and the employees just say “they know it doesn’t taste that good”. The majority of customers are just desperate for caffeine and is probably why this location hasn’t failed. The manager here won’t give you the time of day and makes excuses. A 5:00am opening today was 6:30am.

I am absolutely disgusted at this Starbucks. I walked up to get a sandwich at 500pm for my flight and watched a small roach crawling around the sandwich area. This is inexcusable and I was so grossed out. A formal complaint will be made. I do not recommend this Starbucks. It was dirty.

The staff didn’t listen despite me repeating my order three times. Still gave me the wrong thing entirely. Slow as anything. Worst I’ve been to. Cashier even insulted me to my face after I tipped him before I received the wrong drink. Make it make sense. Maybe you should hire actual Starbucks employees. The airport logo on the polo was a red flag.

Avoid if you can! I repeated my order several times and several items still came out incorrect. The staff, does not treat the customers with respect, speak amongst themselves in creole while you stand and wait for service, and honestly just provide terrible service. This is the only coffee shop I saw after passing security, so I guess they feel like they can treat the customers any way they want.

Got my drink wrong, they don’t even have a bagel cutter so i was handed a whole “toasted” bagel. When I tried cutting it in half it fell apart and the inside was cold.
