I have been to many different Starbucks between Cocoa Beach, MI, Rockledge and Titusville. Even this one on Courtney. I placed my very easy order. Lexie at the window needs costumer service lessons. I would never say as I’m placing items in a guests hands “here’s this” x2, I had 2 items. And in a tone like she didn’t want to assist me. As I waited for my drink I asked for a receipt. She totally ignored my request. She did how ever comment how tired she was. I myself work in hospitality and definitely know costumer service. I treat my guests like I would want to be treated. They actually pay my wages. Please share with Lexie, please be more kind when assisting guests with their items they order besides saying here’s this and a derogatory tone. How about ma’am I have your hot coffee ready for you with you ham and cheese sandwich. With a smile and and up beat voice. Maybe you’ll get a tip. Worse service at any Starbucks I’ve been to.

I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, but this particular location is convenient, and offers some of the only examples of flavored whole bean coffee for my cold drip carafe at home. Also, fairly convenient place to get some quick Christmas presents. Workers were great, totally polite and professional. Atmosphere surely takes a knock due to being in a Target. Food is fine. It’s fine.

We love this location! Absolutely the best on Merritt Island! The shortages have kind of sucked, but the enthusiasm and positive attitudes of the baristas is top notch! I love that they always have drinks to offer in place of what’s out due to shortages. Great group to represent both Target AND Starbucks!

This is actually my Favorite Starbucks near me! Service great, the lines can be hit or miss but they are still quick to getting your food and drinks to you. The servers are awesome and friendly and very professional! My drink comes out the way I always like it.

We love starbucks. But we only go there on a blue moon. It is expensive, which is common knowledge. I like that they have non-caffinated options. My daughter likes to feel like a big girl when she gets the vanilla bean Frappuccino which O will admit is super delicious!
