We have had a few instances of bad service here but for the most part it’s been good. They don’t participate in the starbucks rewards program unfortunately, but they still accepted my dad’s birthday coupon. So we were pleased with that!

typical starbucks, delicious, but being in the marriott, they do not participate in the rewards program. there was one barista that when someone asked for extra whipped cream, took her tall drink and put it in a venti cup and loaded it up with whipped cream. typical.
