The young lady at the register was awesome. She recommended a drink she makes herself, a sweet cream with double white chocolate and I’m not too sure what else was in it but it was phenomenal for someone with a sweet tooth like mine. Very much appreciate the friendly customer service!

I ordered a caramel brûlée latte and a hot chocolate. The caramel brûlée latte barely had any coffee any it and the gave be bitter dark roast coffee instead of hot chocolate and wouldn’t exchange it or correct the mistake. They also won’t let you use the scan to pay Starbucks app!

Really nice course. Well manicured and maintained. Greens are fast, some are EXTREMELY fast. We had a good caddie. I forget his name but he was really knowledgeable about the entire course and greens as well. The only drawback was the price! I’m not used to paying over 200.00+ for a round of golf while on vacation. Wanted to play two days but decided to only play one day. All and all, really nice course a little too expensive.

Not even a 1 star rating! Had to mark 1 star just to be able to post. 12:35 pm 10/09/2018 Waited in line almost 15 minutes while about 4 or 5 employees attempted to figure out how the person in line in front of me(a Starbucks uniformed employee) could be charged minus the employee discount. At 1st the employee and myself where the only 2 people in line but at the end of the 15 minutes, I still had not been waited on and there were additional customers waiting while the 5 employees struggled to figure out the discount. When it came time to greet me as a customer there was not greeting at all. The person left behind the register finally thru mumbled almost incoherent voice asked and I quote, “what do you want?” Okay so not that it is their fault they did not have what I wanted but I had to wait 15 minutes to find that out. Worst customer service EVER! No apology for the long wait or even a descent greeting. Do not patronize the BMACH Starbucks (The Exchange) at Fort Benning GA! Worst customer service ever!

Service was fast however I asked for a Chocolate Chip Moca Frappuccino and instead they gave me a plain Moca Frappuccino, I almost didn’t even except it bur I marked it up to they probably didn’t hear me correctly because of the mask… I didn’t like it so I just tossed it into the trash, it didn’t have a moca taste at all.

Always so rude. Never have had a nice, memorable time in here. Long wait and pay attention to what you order because baristas sometimes forget stuff…if there were another coffee center in here i would go to it instead.

Over the past 2 weeks, the internet has been down and people have been unable to use the app. When it’s down, the sign on the door is small and often overlooked by patrons, who I have witnessed stand in line, only to be told at the register that they cannot use the app. There should at least be another sign on the pastry case.
