Slow service. I waited 5 minutes in line before an employee took my order as both employees were busy making drinks. I waited another 5 minutes for my drink to be made, which is longer than expected because there were only two drinks before mine on the queue.

Stood and waited for my drink too long. Staff seemed more interested in chatting up a storm with the person in front of me who obviously looks like they were friends. And didnt do a good job making my drink this time. Please take your job a little more seriously.

Stood and waited for a few minutes while barista talked to a coworker. This didn’t bother me too much, but when they had finished their conversation, I was informed they were closed. At 6:40. When they usually close at 9. I understand it isn’t her fault that they were closing early, but I stood and waited for several minutes before being told this. It was a minor inconvenience, but still a waste of my time.

THE BEST AND MOST CONSISTENT STARBUCKS ANYWHERE!!!! I’ve asked how they make the coffee consistently perfect. Come to find out, they calibrate the espresso machine throughout the day. This is the ONLY Starbucks I buy from. It’s 100% worth the wait of having to go on the other side of Athens!
