I love Starbucks, but is a bommer the you can’t not use your Starbucks cups to get discounts. Which other places do. Starbucks should think about the environment more. We had enough trash around the world already. One change means a lot.

I was so disappointed. There wasn’t many people in there at all we were the only ones in line. My son wanted only 2 things a pink drink and banana bread warmed up. Good drink was message immediately and we waited on the banana bread to be warmed. 13 mines later still no banana bread when I asked about it because it was taking awhile and several others got their food after us. They had to look up the order because no one even knew it was needed. Then I watched the young lady who made it take it out of the plastic with her bare hands no gloves or tongs or anything and warm it then after take it out of the warmer/oven and put it in a bag the same way. Didn’t even wash her hands after handling money and helping other customers among other things. I was so upset my son was upset there was no manager available so we left and threw it away there was no way I could let him eat that at all. I will definitely not be in there for awhile I will be finding somewhere else to go instead. This was one of the last places I ever thought that would happen. Especially as much as we pay for Starbucks they should definitely take better precautions…. Smh so sad

They turned off some of the machines & wouldn’t serve the drink I wanted; they still had an hour until they closed. No excuses. If you’re open then you serve what’s on your menu period.
