I have been to this location several times. The drink is never the same,often tastes burnt and you never pay the same price. The staff seems untrained and unconcerned with the customers satisfaction. I waited several minutes while the young lady carried on a conversation with a coworker about things unrelated to work before I was acknowledged.

Three Sundays in a row i come in for a Carmel Apple Spice and what you do you know, Espresso machine is down. When I said “wow, how crazy it’s always down” the lady at the register said “okay” might have better luck next Sunday…. who knows ♀️

The Wi-Fi’s pretty good kinda inconsistent, was getting around 6mbs at first but then it jumped up to 25mbs. Was able to update my game and play Xbox at the same time. Pretty neat.

This is now the 3rd time on my way to Atlanta I have tried this Starbucks in the Ingles. So slow yet no customers. This was the Iced Cloud Cocoa Macchiato- not even close to how it should be. I decided not to complain, due to the incredibly slow staff. I will stay with other Starbucks. Perhaps corporate should look at who they hire.

Me and my friend went for caramel ribbon crunches ok. And this girl asked us if we wanted whipped cream on the top we said yes. She makes our drinks puts whipped cream on top, makes it all pretty and yummy, but then scoops the cream off and throws it out so here we are drinking our carmel ribbon crunches without whipped cream or the Carmel bots wtheck
