I went in today to get a frozen coffee. Everyone that was behind me was waited on in my frozen drinks sat there 10 minutes before he offered it to me. I told him it wasn’t frozen anymore and I didn’t want it. He turned around and slung it into the garbage can, and told the girl to refund my money, what kind of service is this? I will never return to the Starbucks again and if I got anything to do with that I’m going to report him he was an Caucasian gentleman with long brown hair and he’s very rude.

I went to order 5 drinks today 08/19/23 around 6:30 p.m, and had the worst experience with the person at the window. She was very rude and not friendly at all, I really wish the owner or supervisor would check out what a terrible staff they have as customer service. 🙁

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. I’ve never had a Starbucks employee be so difficult towards me then speak to me so rudely for absolutely no reason. If you can, go to a different location. I definitely would rather drive through downtown Fayetteville than give that location my business again.

pulled up today around 1:45 pm and got in the drive thru line and waited about 20 minutes to get to the speaker box. I waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes and no one said a word so i went to the window just to see a paper that said the place is temporarily closed and i saw workers inside just chillin. It’s ridiculous how no one let all the customers in the line know and just let everybody wait 30+ minutes for no reason.

I’ve visited this store several times and ordered a repeat refresher. Yesterday 2/6 the drive-thru attendant was so rude in addition to that she failed to scan phone correctly, I’m sure on purpose. This is me thinking about you this morning! Smile

This Starbucks does what they want up here! They close at any time of the day without letting their guest know. They close early when they feel like it. Ever since Covid happened this place has taken full advantage on doing the bare minimum with service and how they treat their patrons. They also never answered the phone. I will be reaching out to OWNER of Starbucks himself (HOWARD SCHULTZ) to let him know what a disgrace this location is. Next it will be shutdown since u guys don’t want to work or never order enough popular inventory for your patrons. Beware they are always out of everything as well such as strawberry creme and coconut milk

The employee was so rude. In the drive thru she was rude and at the window. I wanted to do a split payment she told me I still owe 8$ when I clearly said I was doing a split payment. She shoved my drinks in my hand and was looking crazy when I didn’t give her a tip. I will no longer come here ever.

Great spot to go grab a coffee! It’s Starbucks, so you know you will be paying a little extra, BUT I remind myself that I deserve it. Lol They are great too at making the drinks with 5 or 6 words.. if that’s what you like.
