Love this Starbucks. They are quick and always make my custom pink drink just like I want it. Can’t complain at all about the drive thru like at some that take forever to get through. They are nice and friendly! Would recommend this one for the design as well.

Slowest service EVER! They move like you don’t matter. I can get the same order at the Starbucks down the street and it’s ready in a few minutes. And they are always running out of coffee! Need to fire the manager and hire one that knows how to run the place. And how to hire people that want to work. How do you run out of caffeinated coffee when it’s the majority of what you sell? Worse, it is actually on the shelves of the store you’re located in!!! I would think any manager that ran out of stock would bite the bullet and buy some from the store to fill customers orders rather than turn them away.

I would happily wait in the drive thru line for these people to help me. This location has been through a lot recently with Covid and staffing issues, and they’ve handled it like pros. They’re always extremely polite and have smiles on their faces. Sometimes I don’t know if they’ll even be open in the middle of the afternoon, so when they are I’m very happy!
