Staff was extra nice and gave us pup cups to celebrate my dog’s birthday. They loved them. The drinks and food were excellent but the place was a mess and the outside tables were really gross. I had to ask for a wet rag to clean them off and they gave it to me to do. They were busy so I didn’t mind but most wouldn’t be so humble.

I got a sweet cream vanilla cold brew and ordered extras (extra caramel drizzle, two pumps of mocha sauce) and none of it was added. I paid extra for that. I included my order and a photo on this review so you can see no caramel drizzle at all.

Rude staff! I tried to grab a packet of Splenda for my coffee and I got yelled at. Apparently you have to ask for them now, when before they were always available. Really rude staff!

Staying in Folly Beach and this is the closest Starbucks. It was a Sunday morning and the drive-thru was insane. We went inside to order. Great seating spaces. Staff was old school Starbucks style—great, great customer service. Oh….and Cinnamon Dolce Latte is BACK!!!!!!!!!

I come to this Starbucks regularly and this store does a great job with their high volume of customers, and the demanding world of coffee. The seating area is great if you need to do work, and there is a safe energy about the space. There are several baristas that are welcoming and care about their work and it shows! I recommend this Starbucks 10/10.
