I ordered the Frappuccino cookie crumble…Starbucks owner! Please retrain your workers….My coffee was dripping, as if it had an hole in my cup…Also my Frappuccino had a chocolate milk taste…No crumbles ,water down…Ugh! A waste of money

I normally hate posting bad reviews especially if I get awesome customer service. I didn’t speak up because the line got busy and didn’t notice the white residue until I got home. This would of been the 2nd time if I went back to get it fixed they mess my order up. I tried to make it as simple this time. I’m a very regular to the store. So, I don’t want to talk bad about my favorite grocery store. These coffees are hit or miss. As much as it costs I hate to keep trying over and over and always having to get it wrong. I’m super sad and disappointed. My daughter got a refresher and hers was perfect.

I have a cinnamon allergy but really wanted a fall drink, I did my research and nothing but the drizzle had cinnamon in it. I told the baristas that this morning but they still took the time to check the bottles of all the ingredients and Google the ingredients they didn’t have listed. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful

Important note:. This is not a stand alone Starbucks. It’s a cafe inside Kroger’s. I only mentioned that because when we moved here I had no idea. Because it’s a cafe there are times there’s only 1person working so it can be a long wait. They also don’t have the full menu you’ll find at bigger Starbucks.

Would give 5 star’s but not til “Jessica ” NO longer works at this store. It’s sad that I can’t get my coffee after doing my shopping. With out having her no stop trouble on facebook. Alone with rolling her eye’s. Making a comment under her breath while I’m ordering. The fact of having to talk with the other employees in order to make sure my coffee right.

This place is great over all, but there is one problem. There is one lady named Kursy who is very rude, is on her phone while making drinks. One day I saw from the side of the starbucks she was drinking alchol behind the counter. The other worker Cayli is so nice and is so customer friendly.
