Not spending $5 for a small coffee. And yes, it’s a small, medium, and large. The people who are on the front line at these locations are all wonderful people, super helpful and friendly, but I’ll never recommend Starbucks to anyone.

It’s worth driving to a different Starbucks. I’ve gone twice and have been disappointed each time but this last time takes the cake. Both workers were rude and the guy making our drinks not only made mine wrong, but overfilled the cup with too much ice and stuck his fingers in the drink to start scooping the ice out.

Ordered a honey citrus mint tea. The girls didn’t know how to make it so instead they gave me a Jade citrus mint tea with a tiny bit of honey. And they didn’t even do that right. Because it’s a venti with only one tea bag. I paid for hot water.

Lily was our hostess and did an amazing job. People in my party knew what they wanted, it being my first visit and not a coffee drinker she made wonderful suggestions and surprised me with a great Strawberry frappuccino. AMAZING!!!

Disappointed by the slow service and incorrect drink. The cashier didn’t know what a Java Chip Frappuccino was. But the barista showed her now to find it and what to charge me. The drink had an inch of chocolate syrup on the bottom of the cup. Very gross. There didn’t seem to be any coffee in the drink. I’ve gotten this drink many times at other Starbucks but it doesn’t seem like the staff here know how to make this drink.

**Not corporate owned** Cashier was very nice, he was helpful and courteous. The lady making the drinks (tall blonde) I’m assuming was the owner was rude. Terrible service from the lady. She didn’t mark our cups and when we asked what they were she was nasty and rude. My cup was filled 3/4 of the way. One of our other drinks the taste m was off like she didn’t add enough of the concentrated syrup. We asked for a little bit extra for that one cup (we ordered 3 of the same) and she said it would be a charge?! Umm for something YOU did wrong? Yup…definitely not corporate. The poor cashier seemed embarrassed of her attitude. Lady….if you are reading this…here’s a tip, a career change would suit you. Maybe one not dealing w the public. Also, because they aren’t owned by Starbucks you don’t get Starbucks stars. To the guy- thank you! Get out of there, you are better than that place.
