While it’s clean and they are efficient, they aren’t fully trained by the S’Bucks so you can’t be as creative as you can in a full size Bucks. The staff are young, so I attribute that to the casual attitude and complacency. Wish they took the process a little more seriously, as Starbucks customers take their beverages more seriously than DD customers, especially since we spend more on the product.

Worst experience ever. I had way too much foam on my drink… It was shaken I expect like a half inch of foam not half the drink. Worst coffee I’ve had. She was extremely rude and defensive. Called management. Literally almost ruined my morning. On the rare occasion I treat myself to a $8 dollar coffee I expect there to be said coffee
