Have came in numerous times and most of the staff is always accommodating (thankyou to Dana! For always being so sweet). Very hard workers for what little staff they usually have on the busiest days…pushes the wait time but what do people expect when there’s only 3 employees accommodating inside outside and mobiles? You’re doing great guys!

Placed mobile order. Had to wait a few minutes upon arrival but was greeted. Staff was very friendly and wished me a good day as they handed me my order. Bathrooms were clean. The inside was much more spacious than most Starbucks I have been in. Outside they have very nice seating. There is an arbor overhead with lights so should be really pleasant at night.

I’ve been here many times. I love Starbucks. I always get the White Chocolate Mocho double shot over light ice with no whip. It seems staff is always great, outside seating area is great, covered with just enough lighting to relax by. My only problem I had, and I’ve had at multiple stores is the wait time. Always seems you have a longer wait time, but that’s my only concern. Has nothing to do with just this location. Thanks for finally putting a Starbucks here in Wilkes.
