The staff was really welcoming! I could tell they were on top of everything during my visit. I enjoyed my White Chocolate Mocha while I used the wifi to finish some work. The location is brand new and the double drive thru will definitely be coming in handy in the future.

SO happy they are here everyone is so pleasant and so nice! They always have the best recommendations! My husband is military and we just moved from the Seattle area (Starbucks capital) and I love these employees here so much more then the ones on the west coast!

If you have nothing to do come to the Starbucks in Havelock NC. But if you’re trying to multitask and you want something to drink…… Go somewhere else. The staff is slow, I waited in the 18 minutes for a drink and watched multiple people leave the drive through line because of the amount of time it was taking.

Ordered one of the new frozen drinks and it wasn’t frozen and was warm. I told them and they said because of the ingredients it can’t be frozen? That makes no sense at all. Why would Starbucks advertise a frozen drink if it won’t freeze. I wasn’t the only one who complained about it there were three more people that came in and told them their drinks weren’t frozen as well. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Wait time was a little long but she explained to us at the window what was going on. Honestly did not bother me one bit. Had a great conversation and will definitely go again. It is a new location and they are still figuring everything out but overall I had a good time.

I have gone in and ordered a couple times now since they’ve opened up and every experience I’ve had there so far has been great. Everyone’s welcoming you as you arrive in, ordering inside was great and I got recommended a drink that now is my go to order. Keep up the great work!

Just what havelock needed. Dunkin’ gets the job done but can’t beat a Starbucks. Gets a little packed for the space and parking but expected for a new Starbucks.

Placed my mobile order with an estimated pick up time of 12:43 sat at the window for 4 min and was told they busy and it was peak time. When I told Julia that was unacceptable as the 7 cars in front of me received their orders mine was not even started, she told me to have a good day and proceeded to ignore me. This is totally unacceptable and needs to be fixed. I would of accepted sorry yours got misplaced in the line as I know that happens but to have total disregard for a customer and their happiness is truly shamful! I received my order at 12:51. The whole purpose of mobile order is to skip the line. I would not have been so upset if all the cars ahead of me and several cars behind orders where completed before mine.

would have gotten 5 stars if i didn’t have to get a remake. they were quick and very friendly! this location just opened so i wasn’t expecting a perfect drink but i wanted to give them a try since they are closer than the harris teeter location. we’ll see how they do next time!
