I did a mobile order for my iced coffee. It said my order would be ready around 6:10. I got there a little before. I waited for others to get their order only to see mine still sitting behind the counter. It was ready minus my cream foam ; which they barely mixed when they added it. It sat on the counter for about 5-7 minutes with no lid on it. Usually this wouldn’t bother me however there were gnats and flies flying around it. I didn’t have time to ask for a fresh drink as I was heading to work. Just very disappointed in the overall order and customer service.

I popped in today (2/26) to grab a mid day coffee. The batistas were friendly, helpful and fast.The young lady at the register even accommodated a special request on my behalf. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this location today!

Order two drinks for mobile pickup. They were not tracking them. Asked what we had and we assumed they would look for the receipt to make it. We were given the drinks with no sugar. Really poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Went on to this Starbucks on a whim this morning after a appointment because the Starbucks I usually go to has been severely slacking in coffee taste. So I got a white chocolate mocha and the girl at the counter was super friendly but the girl who made my drink (Leanne maybe she has short short blonde pigtails) did a absolutely fantastic job on making my drink I was expecting hot water that taste vaguely of coffee beans and got the complete opposite, very delicious and if I didn’t live so far out from Raeford rd I’d come but that Starbucks atleast once a week
