Messed up my entire order… gave me the wrong sandwich and a hot instead of iced macchiato. The girl offered to remake it though, I just didn’t have time. She was nice, so that’s why I’m not giving 1 star. Didn’t notice the sandwich until I was in the car, or I would have probably asked for a replacement since i was given something that costs two dollars less than what I paid for.

This is such a rip off!! Half a cup filled. I ordered 3 hot pumpkin spice lattes. I got half on each! Insane! They put more foam than coffee!! No more from this place!

The times that I have come here, 2/4 times the espresso machine has been “down” and I haven’t been able to get the coffee that I wanted. I’m not going to this location again for a long time. I’ll hope that maybe they get it together because this is the most convenient location for me.

Love this Starbucks! Located in the Harris teeter the staff is always accommodating. My drink is always made correctly as well. Did you know you can also purchase Starbucks syrups? Love that I can do that to have my favorite coffee drink during the week in the comfort of my home.

If the staff spent the same amount of time making the drinks probably and getting them out to the customer, as well as they do standing around and talking while my drink just sits on the counter halfway made, then I would’ve left more stars. Had to ask where my drink was and they then finished it, when I was handed my drink, the girl spilled it then wiped it with a weird baby wipe where I would drink from. so I had her remake it, this time it was covered in caramel and I left with sticky hands I’m surprised is didn’t have any flies Stuck to them by the time I got to my car. Disappointed, unfortunately I will be back because it’s the only Starbucks near me 🙁

Don’t like Starbucks. Coffee is brewed to have added sweeteners and flavors added to make it drinkable. For someone hiw loves coffee, go to the grocery, by the roast you like, use a French press, and enjoy a cup of coffee in 5 minutes without giving your name to a stranger.
