One of the coolest Starbucks experiences I’ve had in a while. Because this is housed in Furnitureland South, the interior is decorated to the nines. It has an awesome bar, multiple tables, booths, and more seating options that are as varied as the furniture selection outside. The seats even have electrical outlets to plug in and work while you sip. They also have both trash and recycling options and a ♿ handicap accessible restroom, parking, and seating inside. I highly recommend any of their ☕ lattes, flat whites, seasonal beverages, and snacks.

The last 2 times my husband has stopped here my drink was not correct. I always order iced chai tea with vanilla. The last time he stopped and ordered the chai tea with vanilla I received something with coffee in it even though the printed label had the correct item on it. Today he ordered me a chai tea with vanilla and I got a cup of watered down some kind of milk with no flavor at all.. definitely was NOT what he ordered and there was no printed label on my cup. I will not be ordering from this Starbucks again.

Very very poor service. The server was upset because we ordered bagel and egg white and red pepper and he had to toast it. He left in the middle and was talking to himself loud. The other server had to finish our order.

8 employees 1 taking orders 6 talking with each other, I think the other one handles relieving the others with specialized job that involve not waiting on customers or making coffee. But there’s plenty of time to take a seat wait 20 minutes for your coffee and post reviews.

Such a nice Starbucks and they made my Chai tea latte taste great. I like the location, it’s right next to this furniture store that seems to be a gated area, but they have a sign that you can see very clearly from the road.

Ok place, coffee is hit or miss at this one. Employees don’t come off as genuine or professional. I get it, they’re just baristas, but have some professionalism, and not trash other customers behind their backs in front of other customers.

Best Starbucks. Employees are efficient, courteous, and make excellent coffee drinks. The store is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff and customers have all been following Covid guidelines, wearing masks and social distancing. We’ve been to a lot of Starbucks across NC, this is the most impressive one. Got my Holiday Peppermint Mocha perfect ❤️❤️
