Stopped on my way through town tonight and had Autumn make my drinks. She was awesome and pleasant!! I really can’t say enough nice things about her. I had to wait as she was in the back stocking and she was so apologetic. I didn’t mind waiting; she left a note. Pleasant and kind throughout the whole interaction! Thank you Autumn!!

I would avoid this place if you’re looking for a pleasant experience. I go here from time to time to get my fiance coffee, and every single time some older lady has an attitude for absolutely no reason. 0 people skills, 0 communication skills, and is always rude with an attitude. Today makes my 6th time going here and the 6th time she’s been rude and had an attitude for whatever reason.

I drove all the way here to get a drink from off the freeway. It was roughly 7:33 pm to be told they closed at 7:00 pm. I asked her why the hours said they closed at 8:00 and she had nothing but excuses. I was upset and just walked away obviously. Please update your hours. I’m not even from here, I live in Ohio.

I’ve ordered from here twice now. Neither time was my order even close to being right. I got a mocha cookie crumble and ended up with just coffee basically. No whipped cream. No cookies. Nothing.

They don’t wear gloves. They put cups face down onto dirty counter. Witnessed older woman who can’t comprehend an order without an attitude wipe her nose then touch the cup. Cashier also had attitude. The order ended up being wrong anyway. Will be contacting corporate for a refund and possibly the health department.

I am a regular at Starbucks throughout the country, however this location is under-staffed, so even a line of just 3 or 4 people means you will be waiting a long time for your drink. 3-stars = “It’s okay” which is about accurate for this location.

The website allows you to place an order when they are closed. Then they refuse to give you the money back for the ghost drinks you never received because they were closed. Never going back again because you never know when they are actually open.

I went in for the Pink Drink and the woman, I’m assuming the manager, gave me the drink on her and said it was her act of kindness for the day and while she may not know it, I was having a crumby week and that made my entire day. I always stop when grocery shopping, but I definitely will be coming back!
