The best Starbucks I’ve been to yet (And I am a fanatic)!! I drive to Krogers every morning just for their starbucks. Ahmed is awesome and has made almost every single drink i have seen on Tiktok, and is a pro barista. The staff is so friendly and the service is so fast, I am usually in and out in under 5 minutes every day.

If I can give it 0 star I will do, today 27 September at 7.30 pm I want to Starbucks 9000 staples Mill Rd, henrico va . I ordered latte, 1croissant and 1 donut for my daughter she said we gave you an extra donut. Guess what they gave me a donut it looks somebody was munching On it. The croissant cold I asked them to warm it up, she went and came back saying the oven is broke with attitude and she told me straight in my face go warm it up home !!! She added it Takes you 2 min to warm it up home !!!! Worst experience ever! I won’t go back again, we don’t want to pay money to eat the leftover. And wait one hour to get home to eat the croissant that she is supposed to warm it up. I wish the management would do something about it. She ruined my experience
