Location inside Giant grocery store – nice, but just not a great atmosphere. They are located right next to a bar that is also inside the grocery store. It was loud! Service was friendly & fast. I ordered a grande, but it was more milk foam then liquid – definitely not worth what I paid. All in all, not horrible – I just went for a quick coffee fix, but I probably wouldn’t use this location for anything but just that.

The worst experience I’ve ever had when ordering food. They made me feel so stupid because they couldn’t understand my order since the cashier didn’t speak English. And the rude woman’s co worker who fully understood English was not assisting the cashier who clearly needed help understanding me. I was with a friend who ordered two of the same drinks. I ordered one of the same drinks she got. Two separate orders and they completely forgot mine and said her order was mine. We provided our receipts and the workers were just standing there staring at us with blank faces. The worst customer service I’ve ever had.

They had no food when i went. They didn’t even have venti cups. I asked if they could do the same amount of drink for a venti and just put it in a trenta cup and they said no. Than I asked for a grande with no ice and I got this. This is the worst experience i have had a starbucks.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad. There’s a nice little sitting area close to the exit/entrance of the Giant (inside). The barista (female) was so so nice when I was ordering today. I barely see baristas making small conversations with customers this days. Also, the new bar, salad bar, and other food arrangements of Giant are right there next to the Starbucks corner. I’d come back for groceries, grab lunch/coffee and enjoy in the University complex outside.

I’ve been here at least 3 times this month. The first time was pretty ok, the employees were friendly and made the drinks in a reasonable amount of time. The second time I waited 15 minutes for a frappe and by the time I got it was melted. Mine was the only order at the time. At the time of writing this, I’m waiting for two drinks, both frappes, and the lady who took my order seemed to be having a bad morning. No “good morning what can I get you”, didnt ask if I wanted anything else nor did she tell me my order, when I didnt insert my chip in the reader immediately she snapped asking “are you going to pay or not?” Its been another case of waiting at least 15 minutes (though to be fair, this time I’m the third order) but she seems to be moving extra slow and just has this general air of “I dont want to be here.” This location does have some good people working who greet customers with a smile but it also has a LOT of employees who make me at the very least feel as if it’s a huge ordeal and insult to order and I know that’s not what Starbucks wants from its employees. I’ve noticed that before I’ve gotten my drinks, 3 other people who were after me got theirs. It took them 20 minutes to make 2 drinks (a pepermint mocha frappe and a caramel frappe). As much as I love the coffee, I think itll be awhile before I come back here.

This Starbuck’s NEVER has Earl Grey tea. There used to be a sweet young woman who would go to the back and get Earl Grey box to restock whenever I came. She is no longer here and the new employees are incompetent. They are lazy and refuse to go back and check to see if there is any in the back. Why is it so hard to keep such a popular product stocked? This Giant needs a full-time Starbuck’s manager in order to turn this sad place around.

We stopped by Giant to do some last minute dining shopping. My husband decided to buy my favorite drinks and his. The young lady said she was new and the more seasoned barista had just left for the day. We had no idea that was the segway into the worst beverages we have EVER had from Starbucks. My Caramel Apple Cider chai latte tasted like sour water. There was absolutely NO flavor. His peppermint hot Choclate had no peppermint at all and the chocolate was flavor was minimal at best. It was a complete waste of our time, it took her forever to make them, and money. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I guess he didn’t want to work. Both orders were the worst

Good customer service, clearly states they don’t accept Starbucks reward points, there is an occasional wait but that’s average with a single worker. Very nice

I should have read the reviews. At 9:30am they were pretty much out of food. I’m not sure they even do hot food.
